our first home loan was with Coldwell. as a young couple we were nervous to be taking such a big step but everything went smoothly with Coldwell. we felt that the terms we had were fair and reasonable. we felt comfortable with the whole process and our loan officer was very patient and too the time to answer any questions that we had.
