I like that the customer service staff is very professional and courteous whenever I call in. The issue is I receive so many phone calls from the company about refinancing my home and when I finally called backed I did not qualify for the lower interest rate due to my debt/income ratio. The calls continued to come it for months although I told them that I had spoken with someone and the outcome. The calls were bothersome.
