I’ve had a mortgage with Carrington for the past 6 years. I’ve found them to be professional and helpful during the entire time. Every Customer Sales Representative has been considerate and willing to take the time to answer my questions. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch mortgage company.

I like that the customer service staff is very professional and courteous whenever I call in. The issue is I receive so many phone calls from the company about refinancing my home and when I finally called backed I did not qualify for the lower interest rate due to my debt/income ratio. The calls continued to come it for months although I told them that I had spoken with someone and the outcome. The calls were bothersome.

Overall they are great to work with. Only downfall is you get charged for paying your mortgage on their site unless you do automatic draft. I’ve never had any issues with them. You know how it goes, if you pay, they won’t bother you.

This is the worse company anyone can have. They will only let you make a whole payment if you want to pay additional payments you can't.
