Groovv

This company is part of total merchant solutions and somehow paydyne has something to do with it as well. Honestly I thought I asked all the questions needed but still got screwed. My fees were never just the 1.29% +10 cents! There are all these other fees they don't tell you about up front! I could never estimate it and then if you don't have enough cards used they charge you. The pos fee came out to 31.36, then a monthly fee (for what??) of 9.95, plus groovv customer fee for monthly help, paper rolls etc is 14.95 then your card fees on top of that. My business is closed but this past month (with only 160 in card charges) and my monthly fees were 87.15! DO NOT USE ANY OF THE COMPANIES I'VE LISTED! They are conniving and underhanded. Also the POS isn't that great, many times had to log in 3 times in the morning before it took, once was off an entire day with no customer support to help. RIDICULOUS! They have an ETF that can be almost $400 so watch out. All their "credits" have a disclosure usually of having to be there a year or you get charged back. STUPID
