Terrible in every which way possible. The only time you hear from them is when they are trying to get your business and they tack on many fees. Never had a chance to actually use them because it was difficult to set up the wifi access for the device. I spent well over $2000 in various fees over 7 months. After trying to cancel and confirming it over the phone, I get a call I am in collections months later. No email, no late payment notification, nothing...right to collections. Stay as far away from this wretched company as you can!!

Took 2 months for them to set up my merchant account and point of sales account. Then their reader only worked once and was full of errors. When you contact them, there is no communication between the 3 branches of their system. On top of that, they will not let you cancel. No matter how many times you jump through their hoops, you have to stop payment through your bank.

I had to look up what Flagship Merchant Services was before I answered this. I've had so many different emails with so many different business names since I got the card reader. And I'm assuming #3 should say which subjects apply to your review, you might want to change that. I had an issue with my card reader that was never resolved. They wanted to sign me up for some productivity thing that costs 80 dollars a year. I clicked on it by mistake. It said it needed my urgent attention, so I'm sure a lot of people did it. I'm still not sure if it's been discontinued.

I may have rated the items below higher but I have no idea what I'm paying in fees. The app does not total the sales of the day. It also doesn't show the portion of a sale that went to fees or a way to see the total fees for a day. If this information is available in the app, I don't know where to find it because the reporting functions of the app don't seem very easy to use. All transactions appear to be going through as credit rather than debit and I don't see how to run a card as a debit. Also, question 3 below is confusing. Which subjects 'reply' (to your review?) I believe 'reply' should be changed to 'apply.'

I shouldn't have decided to sign up with them, because once you do, you try to reach out to them and they don't contact you back. They need to improve on not leaving the customer hanging once they've completed the sale. When you change your information, they hold your fund and that's not good for business. They don't even contact you to tell you why they're holding the fund.
