We used to have another company, Capital one, but at one point the service was discontinued so we were left stranded and needed to get something else urgently. I approached Flagship because they were listed as one of the number one services of this type and ended up signing up. The transition agents stepped in and helped us along despite the challenges. They went out of their way to help us in every way possible. They even tried to help us keep the machine that we had, though in the end we had to buy another one. Everything is working nicely though, it's very user friendly and we haven't had any issues with any of the transactions we've made. Everything has worked really well, I have nothing to complain about. If I have a question I can just contact my adviser and they respond within one day. Cost-wise it's pretty good and very competitive. They have delivered in everything they promised. They live up to the reviews and ratings that they get.

I went with this company because of what I had read in internet reviews. They're very easy to get ahold of as far as customer service, which is very important to me, so that's why I will be sticking with them. They are removing a merchant account that I'm really not using. I did not know that I had been signed up for a second merchant account because we were using a mobile reader device. It's the same equipment I've used before with other companies, so I really have no concerns, either good or bad, about it. I would say they're comparable with any other company that I've dealt with, but they're just easier to work with. I have recommended them, but other people are not going with them because the their monthly service charges are a little bit higher than than some of smaller companies that I see around here.

We needed a merchant service that we could use through the telephone. We had one for a long time, but we didn't get a whole lot of credit card stuff. Since we started pushing online sales, the other service started getting kind of expensive. Those charges starting adding up to a percentage that we didn't like, so we ended up switching to Flagship. We're pretty new to it, but it has been great. So far everyone has been really on the ball and has answered all our questions quickly. We're not left on hold for a long time and can get through to people quickly. Compared to Amazon, they're amazing. The system seems to be working fine, though I haven't had it for long enough to really make a judgment. They've nailed everything so far.

They offered me the best deal. When I went to their service department to check on the credit card fees and everything we were pretty happy with what they offered. The gentlemen there helped us and since they gave us the best deal my partner in business and I decided to go with it. Customer service has been sort of helpful. There haven't been that many issues that we've needed help with, but we still have occasional failures with the machine. When that happens we have to call them and wait for a representative to come online. We really can't afford to do that and stop everything since we have customers waiting on us. I wish there was a way to get them on-site to help, but I know that's not really the type of business they are. Still, I wish it was that way, it would be easier to deal with those situations. I was also caught a bit off guard since I didn't anticipate some of the chargers that we got.

I researched it and since it had better rates and their process to charge cards was better than the others I signed up for it. Whenever I need to call customer service I don't have to wait on hold for too long. They also make sure that every issue is solved and taken care of before getting off the phone with me. The equipment itself is pretty self explanatory and it can give you tips if you ever need anything. I have no problems at all with it. Everything just goes fast. The only thing I'd like them to improve on is the time it takes for the money to go into my bank account. It usually takes 2 days for the transfer to happen. If that could be done in a day it would be great.

I needed to get something like this for a state sale. They helped us setting it all up earlier today, and we were happy that there was someone there to give us a hand with that. I had some issues with hooking up the equipment to the internet in the location we were in, but we made it work. It ran out of battery quickly though. I'd like to be able to use that cell phone attachment without having it plugged in to an outlet all the time. Other than that, the service is extraordinary. I couldn't have done the state sale without having it. It increased my sales by at least double of what I would've made otherwise.

I was told about Flagship because I was requesting some services for my business. The people doing that told me about them, so I called and spoke with a representative. Since I got a good rate, I just signed up with them. I haven't had any issues with the machine or equipment so far, so I really haven't had a reason to call customer support. I did call when I had to set up at first and they helped me out fast. The only thing with the machine is that there's really no way to pick between debit or credit, everything automatically goes as credit. I wish that it had that option since debit transfers work faster with our bank. I would also like to get my statements in the mail every month because sometimes I just don't have time to log in and check on them. I do have to pay extra for that though. I think that they're giving me a good rate, especially considering what I've heard from other people with this service.

I used to have a different service and equipment before, but Flagship is a lot better than that. A friend told me about them and said they were pretty good, that's why I decided to give it a try. Everything has been pretty much straightforward. It was all put out in front of me and I didn't really notice or see any problems at all. With customer support I really haven't found anything wrong. They're all pretty helpful and make sure that we're taken care of. The thing is a little bit slower than the one I had, but it's a lot better, it's good equipment. It's a lot cheaper than some of the other companies. They handle money a lot better and their customer service is very nice. I've actually talked another friend who is in a similar business into switching over. They're pretty good, I'm looking forward to continuing on business with them.

Their rates and fees were unbeatable compared to what we were using before, so I signed up. Every time I call them because of issues or misunderstandings, they take care of everything. They explain things thoroughly and, even when I have trouble understanding them, they take their time explain. I have a mobile terminal that's pretty easy to use, it's all pretty self explanatory. The only thing is that I wish they improved on the time between swiping the cards and the deposits appearing in my account. There's a one day hold on everything that I sell and I wish it was a bit quicker than that. It would also be cool if they could do exit deposits.

The reps are very in tune with their job. They helped me as a new business owner set everything up. I had a client dispute a very large charge. Thankfully I am very good at keeping records. Flagship walked me through every step to prove that money was mine. They were always keeping me updated on the process as it took a couple months to finally get my money returned to me. I don't use this company anymore but I always refer them so my fellow business owners. This company is way. Better than Square with their customer service.

I moved to Flagship so I could process credit cards in the field. It was quite good easy to use and it didn't cause me any great trouble in using it. It was easy to set up and install and use correctly over multiple users. I have no complaints on the equipment either. The main reason I left flagship is simply that I was told it would have a certain amount to seize available to it and then after a very short time I was told there would be a number of credit card companies passing along to me, but this was not made clear at the outset. If that was made clear, I might have chosen differently so a little bit more transparency at the beginning would be nice. It was a good experience but an expensive one, I don't actually make enough money to justify the expense so it would have been nicer if I had known going into it at the beginning then I might not have spent as much money as I ended up doing.. The full disclosure was not made for credit cards in the background that were waiting for me once I signed up, otherwise I had no problems with the customer relations or anything else.

This product is really good and what we needed. We like their low per transaction fee and that you can make the account dormant if needed. Their customer service has been really responsive to us, we haven't had a lot of needs but they've answered questions. We felt like we got good support. It is steady and works when you need it and we we have not had any issues when we use flagship.

They were very helpful and I really had no problems getting it set up through them. Everything worked very well, it was very easy experience. It went pretty well, you know when you sign up for something like that the less you have to deal with it the better. I really didn't have to deal with it once I set it up. Getting an account with them was easier than with other services I looked at. I didn't have to jump through a lot of loopholes to do it. I wish they had a bigger variety to pick from for the card readers and equipment. The only way to use their card reader is with a cellphone or an iPad. Customer service is good but the last time I called I was put on hold for a while. A voice came on eventually saying that I could hang up and my spot in the queue would be saved and I would get a call back, so I did that. I'm still waiting to get a response though'

Researching on the internet I found some information about them and checked their website out. Since it seemed like they had a low rate, I decided to call them and ended up signing up. The guy that helped me, I think his name was Philips, did a great job of presenting me with all the information and explaining things accurately and clearly. So far everything has gone exactly the way I expected. I use their software and it has been quite efficient so far. Customer support is ok too, I had to give them a call earlier today and I'm still waiting to get a call back from them. It's good value overall, they have fulfilled my needs.

I did an online search for all mobile credit card readers and Flagship was by far the best reviewed one and the most recommended. The actual mobile card reader is great. It didn't come with instructions when we got it tough. The website wasn't terribly thorough in explaining things either, so I had to call customer service to have that explained to me. Since then things have been working fine, but I wish it had come with instructions. When it comes to interaction with the customer, customer service is wonderful. The wait time to get to them is rather long though.

I used to have it before so when I needed it again I just went with them. Service is great, but the card reader is really bad. I know that they don't make them, but they should work more closely with the company that manufactures them to improve the product. The reader is just very important to a business and when we cannot use it it's very inconvenient to business owners like us. Especially since they charge you when you put in the card information in manually.

We were very unhappy with our previous processor, so we went and did some research online. Since their ranking was good, we switched to Flagship. We were able to just reprogram the card reader that we already had to work with them. Customer service is absolutely wonderful. We're very new to this whole process of operating a small business and they have been very patient with us. There has been no question I've asked that they were too busy to answer. They never made me feel like my questions were ridiculous or silly. It has been a very pleasant experience.

I was unhappy with the previous merchant services that I had. Their customer service was probably the worst I've ever experienced. They didn't even have a person that you could talk to if there were problems, they never responded to my emails, and tied my money up. That's why I switched and got Flagship. I'm pretty new to it, but so far I've been very happy with everything. They have great customer service, they care about their customers and solve any problems that come up.

The rates and the service are good. The customer support is really good. They take the time to explain everything in detail and help you out properly. If they can't solve it they can transfer you to the concerned account perfectly, and it's not not that long of a wait time. I read some reviews on google about them and they looked pretty good. I just started using it and customer service has been good. They have called me to make sure everything is ok with me. One of their representatives actually called me like 3-4 times just this week to make sure that I'm using their equipment properly and that there were no problems. Everything is pretty easy and simple to use but I've had a few customers whose cards were declined. I would like to have more options in the portal in case that happens.

They were on the top list of services in google ads, so I went with it. They are very helpful and got me started up really quickly. When I had a problem they solved it for me. It all works really well. I like their pricing too. The company that I was with before was charging me $30 a month and a 3% for transactions. With Flagship I believe I'm being charged only $5 a month and a 1.5% per transaction. That's a big difference.

They were actually the first company to respond to my inquiry, that was what convinced me. Customer support tries really hard and are usually very accommodating. That's generally what you expect of the service. Overall the equipment is easy to use, I can find my way around it, and it seems to work just fine. The only thing I'd like them to do is to make it so that, as soon as I make a transaction, the system automatically issues an invoice. It's a really expensive service so far...

We first signed up some 3 years ago. We were getting service from our local bank but wanted to switch. I just looked at consumer reports and, since they had the highest rating, we went with it. Actually, this year we ended up discontinuing our 3 year old account and reopening a new one just because it was more cost effective. We also got a better deal. This was the only time I had a poor experience with them. They signed me up for an internet website that's a support group sort of thing. I hadn't asked for it, it was one of those things that, if I didn't refuse the service after a certain time, they would start it up automatically. I was actually kind of angry since they wouldn't refund that to me either. It was a $25 a month charge for almost a whole year and since it slipped through everything I didn't notice it. Other than that though, the rest of the service is good. The technical support is fine and they give us good callbacks. It all works quite well.

The percentage of the fees was what convinced me of getting it. I haven't had any issues that they haven't been able to help me with. The equipment is user friendly and it makes it easy to keep track of my daily sales. I'd only suggest they make all the fees that are applied to every swipe a bit more clear and visible. I went with them because I can talk to an actual person if I have any issues, plus I can have the dashboard with everything on it and that's only $5 a month. I had to call them to get some information about one of my deposits. Customer support was helpful with that and also let me know about other things associated with my account that didn't even pertain to the deposit I had called about. I haven't really used it much, I'm waiting for my season to really be in full swing before I can say for sure if it's useful for me. So far though I like what I've seen. I can put in the tax on here without it being different from county sale taxes on things like food and such. The prices and fees for all the cards across the board are high, but I can accept American Express without any hassles.

Since they had the lowest processing rate available, I went with it. Customer support is usually pretty prompt about things, they usually call you back within an hour. They're not available all the time though. Their software doesn't have a very unified platform. It takes a while to fully understand how the web platform works. The hardware is pretty much standard.

They had the best rates, so I signed up. The guy that I dealt with from customer service was exceptional. I got efficient and speedy service from them. It takes a little time to work out how to use their site and get into the right page though. There's a lot of information when you first open it and that makes it hard to find what you're looking for. Since what you use the most from there is the credit card option I think there should be a button that stands out from the rest. That is my only suggestion for them.

I was looking for a service that would allow our company to take credit card payments. I found Flagship online and gave them a call since there were a lot of good things about them. The gentleman that I spoke to was very helpful, kind, and walked me through everything, so I signed up. They are very thorough, efficient, and friendly in their service. I felt like there was no hidden agenda or anything like that. Everything was very upfront and clear. The system is very easy to use and very efficient. Everything has been great so far.

I found it on the internet and they had some of the lowest rates when you charge for your business, so I decided to go with it. Every time I've called them they've been very efficient and always right to the point with me. They help me as much as they can, and if they can't they send me someone else who can help out. The equipment works fine, though I wish they gave you some more information about how it works and stuff so that anyone could understand how to use it. Still, my experience with them has been very good.

I did a lot of research and they were the most inexpensive and offered the most value, so I went with it. Originally, the sales person that I talked to was very good. When I called later on to fix an issue that I had they took care of that very quickly, no questions asked. I haven't had any issues with the equipment at all. It is all easy to access and understand. All I have to do with the hardware is swipe the cards. It does look like it has been used before, but it functions well.

When we starting looking around they were the top reviewed ones, so I went and got it. I haven't had any issues where I actually needed to contact them and they haven't reached out either. Still, I always get notified by emails about transactions and deposits. I really have no complaints about that. The equipment itself is pretty user friendly. I can use it on mobile and it's pretty straightforward.

They were the first ones I called after looking at their website. Customer service is good, but the person that I talked to spoke too quickly and I didn't understand exactly what I was signing up for. I kept having to ask questions over and over again. As for the equipment, I'd like them to put the option of running cards as debit rather than running them all as credit. I also wish it was all wireless.

I've been using it for a few years whenever I need it. If something comes up I'll just go back to them. They're there when I need it and I'm glad I can reach them. Whenever I have a problem or something, they take care of that right away. They also tell me about my options if I want to get something that's a bit more long term from them. They are a good company and they've been good to me, I have nothing to complain about. They should just keep doing what they're doing and keep improving on what they have.

One of the people that works for me is not very tech-savvy and it seemed to be pretty easy for her to use it. Everything seems to be running smoothly so far. I read some good reviews about them so I got it. I really haven't had much interaction with customer support, but I've never really had issues with anything as far as I can recall. For a while we lost communication with them. It was kind of hard for us to track down information a stuff. We just weren't receiving any mailings or anything. Software-wise, we didn't really use it. It's not that it was bad, but we just weren't made aware of it. It would be nice if they could make phone calls every now and then, just to let us know what's available, like new software and programs. Or even just to let us voice any issues.

My customers are the ones that needed to read credit cards. From what I've experienced, their customer support is good. They are easy to work with and very helpful. As for the equipment I did see there was a bit of a glitch in terms of the processing of accounts. I can't really recall what it was, but I know it isn't flawless. Overall, it works well though.

I actually switched from a different service to them. I was hoping that I would get better rates and that it would work fine for me. The thing is that both Flagship and the other service I used were all under the same company, just a different set of products and machines. When I did the switch I was under the impression that they would take care of canceling the other service and that I wouldn't have to do anything for that to happen. I mean, that's usually what happens when you switch from one company to the other, but that service was never terminated. That alone ended up costing me a couple hundred bucks. I guess I'd like them to be a bit more clear about that when you begin the switch. Still, the equipment is good, it's all easy to use and if there's ever any problem I can just call them and they'll walk me through it.

I needed to start accepting credit cards but I didn't really know where to start. I just looked it up on the web and found them. Customer service is ok, I find it easy to get a hold of them. I can always get real people on the phone and I don't have to talk to a machine. The only thing is that they haven't really been good at explaining things like how the bank statement and billing works. I can't get a clear answer about why my rate is one thing one month and a completely different thing the next. The equipment itself is simple and easy to use and set up. The only negative aspect of it is that it can't really record information about regular customers, so it can be inconvenient in that way, especially when it comes to the receipts.

I may have rated the items below higher but I have no idea what I'm paying in fees. The app does not total the sales of the day. It also doesn't show the portion of a sale that went to fees or a way to see the total fees for a day. If this information is available in the app, I don't know where to find it because the reporting functions of the app don't seem very easy to use. All transactions appear to be going through as credit rather than debit and I don't see how to run a card as a debit. Also, question 3 below is confusing. Which subjects 'reply' (to your review?) I believe 'reply' should be changed to 'apply.'

The software on the apps works very well and so I'm pleased with that. Consumer support is good. There's a device that's supposed to attach to my iPhone but apple changed the interface so I need a new one and I haven't gotten it yet. Otherwise, everything is fine.
