  • Mobile - the mobile option provides secure credit card processing for payment transactions. Additional functionality includes: end to end encryption, user logins and authorizations, exceeded PCI standards, and encrypted Android, iPad, and iPhone credit card reader.
  • EMV - the EMV credit card processing system includes fraud-reducing chip technology that protects both businesses and consumers. It also prevents shifts in liability and accepts various forms of payment like chip cards, contactless, and mobile. EMV also enables cardholders to use secure EMV payment cards globally. This will help increase revenue due to the acceptance of international cards.

I have been working with GoEmerchant for 4 years. Overall, I have been very pleased with my experience. Technical support is very patient with me as I occasionally have questions regarding the interface and my assigned sales rep, Jen Conrad, is just fantastic. She really goes the extra mile to help me with issues that come up on very rare occasion. Jen even makes effort outside of "her department" to make sure that I am taken care of and valued as a customer - she doesn't just hand me off to others. She makes sure that I get my questions answered to my satisfaction. She strives to keep my business. That's uncommon and refreshing! Lastly, the monthly statements from GoEmerchant are easy to read and the fees and rates are explained well to me.

Oh I miss them so much. I have a new service that was all wrapped up in a website shift I made and I regret the change. There are human beings behind those numbers at GoEmerchant who you can ask questions, get explanations, take care of YOUR needs. You are not a number, you are not just a name and their service was always great. I can't write anymore...I still miss them. Next time I make a similar change I am going back to GoEmerchant no matter what - I know too much now and can't be influenced so easily.

i've been working with roberta. she's incredibly responsive, helpful and polite. she's been fantastic through the entire sales process and offered help after the sale, which is rare for most companies. i had a question about ACH transactions/setup. she replied immediately, found the solution by working with an internal team member, and then followed up the same day to let me know the issue was resolved. awesome job!!
