Optional 24/7 Monitoring

No Contract Required

RescueTouch offers a flexible payment system without long-term contracts, allowing users to cancel their service at any time without penalties. This means that you aren't locked into using the product for several years or a contract buyout.

  • Device purchase — RescueTouch medical alert users are required to purchase their devices upfront, ensuring they receive brand new equipment. Device costs range from $99 for a single device to $178 for twin packs, which include two devices.

12-Month Warranty

Our fall detection is unlike others in the industry. To my knowledge, ours is the only one with adjustable sensitivity. Let's take a shot at making yours more sensitive to pickup less significant falls. You're right about AT&T, like a cell phone there's spots of weaker cellular signal. Technology advancements will continue to improve connectivity is those weaker spots.

The only downside is we did not expect to need to purchase a signal booster to operate properly inside the home. The system works off 3G and was not strong enough in a rural home with a metal roof without a signal booster. The customer service was great and the product works as advertised. We love the fact that it has the ability for us to call local family members instead of a call center.

Only used once, a chain I was wearing hit the button so wasn't for an emergency. But they answered quickly but I couldn't hear them so when I wasn't getting through, they called on the phone. Was very nice about the false call and made sure I was alright.
