The equipment used with the medical monitoring system is based upon the latest technologies and offers the customers quality protection in and around their home with the home unit. The base unit and transmitter have at least a 1000 foot range. Personal Response includes fall detection as well as monitoring should the help button be pressed. The transmitter unit is small and waterproof and may be worn as a pendant or on a wristband, like a watch.
No Landline Required
All of Personal Response's plans work even if there is no landline in the residence and they offer an affordable mobile monitoring system with GPS for medical monitoring away from home. One can select the mobile system and use it both in and out of the home, so there is no need to double up.
No Activation or Shipping Fees
Personal Response does not charge an activation fee and all shipping is free for the customers, with a warranty against equipment defects and failure. Personal Response also offers either month-to-month billing or discounts for longer billing terms, which is paid up-front. There is no minimum contract length and customers may cancel at any time and receive a pro-rated refund after the equipment is returned to the company.
