We've had to use it about three times so far. The service has been good, but when she fell at night, MobilHelp sent me a notification via text message, not a call. Being a sound sleeper, I was unable to wake up and help.

I've had a little problem with it. It goes off and I don't know whether it was me or the device, but it happens twice in one day, but it was the fall button evidently. I was moving too fast or something and it would go off.

I accidentally knocked it off from around my neck one day and I got a rapid response. It's pretty convenient. You can wear it around your neck or wear the watch.

I got the device a couple of weeks ago and they said it would go for up to forty eight hours on a charge. This device runs down approximately ten percent every hour, so I'm returning the watch. I haven't had any problems with customer support. They've been exceptional. Unfortunately since it hasn't really worked properly for me, I'm returning it to go with a different device.

I wear the bracelet device all the time. I haven't gotten the other devices because they are very sensitive if you lay them down. They are certainly prompt and because they have the GPS feature, they know where I am.

I wear their medical device around my neck, but you have to be careful because it's easy to hit it on something, then set it off. I prefer wearing it around my wrist better. When the alarm does get set off, they are immediately asking me what I need.
