I had Medical Alert and I wasn't satisfied with them that's why I decided to change to Medical Guardian. I haven't had to use it yet but I firmly think that Medical Guardian is a very good company. So far, they had been excellent towards me, I'm happy with them and my devices.

We just had a phone call from someone offering us Medical Guardian, I only had to use it once back in November my husband fell and was unconscious, I was able to use Medical Guardian to contact emergency care and they were here very quickly. We've been lucky we haven't used it since then, I just press the button once in a while for make sure that is still working. I would just say that sometimes when I contacted them they took a little time to answer me back but they're always right there ready for help us if we need it. I'm really glad that we chose this service.

I bought medical service because it was the best price available. I already used it a couple of time. I fell down once and I had a stroke too, both times after I pressed the button they called my son immediately and they send the ambulance with everything that I needed in that moments. it's been there for me since I've had it. My daughter bought it for me. I have never had to use it but I wear it all the time 24/7. I have interaction with customer service every month because I keep doing my monthly test and they're incredible with me. I just have to replace all the necklace because the original ban is black and I don't like it. I'm happy with it.

I didn't truly decide to get it myself, it was my daughter and son in law who decided that I needed it. I'm fine with it though. They live 3000 km away from me and feel better with me having it. It also makes me feel safer since I live out in the country. I have the thing around my neck nearly every day.

My son bought it for me. I'm coming up on 83 but in all honesty I just keep it in my kitchen. I don't carry it around and when I go out to walk my dog I don't have it on me all the time. I just don't feel like I walk far enough for me to need it. The park is right next to my home. I used it once when I fell down the stairs a couple of years ago but frankly I can't recall what the response was.

My partner is diabetic and has seizures sometimes. I have had occasions where I have fallen and had to crawl out to get help. Because of that I thought it would be a good idea for us to get it. Every time I've called them with a problem or something they answer the phone and talk to me. I prefer the necklace over the wristband. The only problem I have with it is that the string on the necklace piece is not great. The plastic case that holds the button also scratches my body and it's very uncomfortable. It's not really usable as far as I'm concerned and I'd like them to change that.

They're always there for you. Two times in the last year I accidentally pressed the button on the necklace and I was immediately contacted by Medical Guardian to ask me if I needed help. I ALWAYS wear the necklace. You cannot have more protection than having MEDICAL GUARDIAN.
