I saw an advertisement on an article for Medical Guardian. I haven't used it, but I wear the watch all the time in the shower. When I called to check the device it does take a minute or two, perhaps even longer. That does make me concern. My concern is that if I were to have a medical emergency that it might take a long time for help to arrive.

After talking to a customer service representative, I decided to get it. Thank goodness I've never had to use it. I have pushed the button a couple of times by accident, but thankfully I've never used it for an emergency. I was quite impressed by how quickly they did respond and they genuinely sounded concern to know if I was okay.

I checked around and they just seem just like what I needed. They were cheaper at that time too. I had to use it twice when my husband was still alive. He had a brain disease that cause him to fall a lot. Now I use it for my mother and I feel safer leaving the house to go to do grocery shopping or any outside activity. It's very easy to use.

It was recommended to me. So far I haven't used it, but I do get calls and emails so that shows me that Medical Guardian is involved. I've tested it multiple times and I always get a response from an operator. I like the idea behind Medical Guardian.

My family and I looked at several different and Medical Guardian seemed to be the best one. It gives my children and I peace of mind, knowing I won't be laying down somewhere needing help. My children discussed and my son decided that Medical Guardian would be best for me. I haven't had any problems with it. The only time I recall having a problem is when I accident and they had to remove the bracelet and they sent me another. I don't particularly like the bracelet, but it's easy to put on. It's not glamorous, but I've accepted it.

They have been very knowledgeable when we call, including when we do our monthly call to check the system. When I check it seems to be very efficient, someone comes on the line and answers my call.

They were the only service I knew about at the time. A friend of mine had it and recommended it to me, so I got it. It has gone off sometimes when I'm wearing it. Maybe I just turn the wrong way or something, I don't know. It's too sensitive. They always come pretty quickly to the phone when that happens. I imagine that in an emergency, they'll do just what they're supposed to do. The other day the machine was just flashing a light, so I tried pushing the button. It didn't work so I called them today to check it and they helped me straighten it all out.

We got them because it seemed like we couldn't get anyone else. I've used them before and they don't really care about you as much as they used to. They checked me out real well and with this one they are not really concerned about the patient. They just give you a turn and you need to wait. You might die waiting for your turn.

I'm still trying to see if it's really the best service around. My plan is to see how it works and see if there's anything better. I keep it with me all the time and so far it has been good. They call me to let me know whenever the charge of the thing gets low, which is good. It makes me feel good knowing that I have some protection.

I chose them because it can be used in places other than your home. I check on it to make sure that the communication is good. They are very helpful and always on alert. I never have any problems contacting them. Price-wise they are in the ballpark of what other companies charge. There are cheaper ones, but you can only use those in your home.

The biggest reason I picked them was that I can take it anywhere with me. I have one piece I can take out and another piece that I can only use in my house. It's not too expensive. I set it off by mistake once and I probably annoyed the people that responded but they have done well so far.

I looked into it two years ago or so and decided to get it. I've accidentally set it off a couple of times and they were always very prompt and polite. I can't really walk away from the main unit. If I fall in the bathroom, I wouldn't be able to talk to them. I mean, it's a great thing for someone that has problems falling but they should have something that you can wear around your neck and talk into it. I'm actually thinking of discontinuing the service because I don't seem to be having anymore strokes.

The button is very simple to use. They have been very prompt in answering when I do the testing. I did change the chain on it for something more attractive than a black cord, it just didn't look good and it didn't hang where I wanted it to. I think the price is fairly high.

It was the low cost. Mr. O fell in the bedroom and broke his hip. They came and rushed him to the hospital. We were in the hospital for several months and he ended up losing his left leg. I do believe it takes them too long to answer. We really appreciate the services Medical Guardian provides and we're glad to have them.

A friend of ours researched it and what appealed to us about it was that it had a GPS unit that was all in one bit. You don't need to carry separate pieces for it to work. That way, even if you were away from home, they could locate you. So far it's good. When we test it, they respond quickly. It's like having an insurance policy.
