I just barely got mine, but when we were testing it we got somebody on the line right away. It didn't take long for the guy to call me and see if I was alright or not. They were nice and informed, and good information was given. Everything they said that they were ready to do, they did. I got it for myself 'cause I'm alone at home most of the time, and I use a walker. On a typical day, I go for a walk and it's more than the 300 yards, So I take the little white battery pack with me, and that way I don't have to worry about if I'm out of range or not. It's a very busy life; I like it very much.

It seems like a fine company. I have no problem with it, I never notice actually having the device installed, so just keep up the good work. I've had all positive experiences, but I've never actually used it. I never called or anything, I never use that thing when I experience pain or anything like that, because I really don't experience anything, so I never actually talked to any of the people in person, or had an issue with it at all. It's for myself because of my irregular heart rhythm, but I just sleep within 6 feet of it every night and I don't do anything, I never notice it's over there.

I no longer need the service. I had it for 3 years. Never used it once. Cost approx $1200.00 for a service I never used, and they won’t send a box to return the devices in. I have to also pay for that. Unsatisfied

Worst company ever! Extremely poor customer service! The initial order was placed on 7-21-23 on 7-28-23 The order hadnt arrived and when CS was called the didn't have a clue where the order was but stated it hasn't shipped after I was originally told I would have it 2nd day via Fed Ex. CS agents were rude and unhelpful! #neveragain

The blinking light that is constantly on is a major draw back. The app doesn't work as well as it should. Can't always see where the device is on the app. The lock box that was given doens't open.

Be careful to save your tracking number when returning device! I went through months of hassle when they tried to charge my credit card and wrote threatening letters after my dad died - even after I called AND wrote, furnishing them with the tracking number proving I had returned their device. I would never deal with them again.

GPS simply does not work. i EVEN RETURNED THE FIRST DEVICE IN HOPES THAT A NEW ONE WOULD BE BETTER. iT CONSISTENTLY SHOWS ME AT HOME EVEN WHEN i AM AT OFFICE OVER A MILE AWAY. It's not much help if they send assistance to the wrong location. I'm afraid I will have to cancel. This is dangerous for me.

Not reliable. If the service does not serve an area they should cancel the service and refund your money instead of continuing taking your money. This is a life saving device! They really didn’t care if it worked or not, as long as they got your money.

December 26 test call disclosed your mistake; call representative extremely brusque. Information correct here with Spectrum; three local company individuals required to correct your mistake.

Found out when trying to activate the GPS device that is does not work in structures with metal roofs. Questioned then how “universally” reliable it was. Not comfortable with something as important as this which may not be functional all the time.

Environmental factors can certainly affect its ability to pinpoint the exact position. Our GPS devices use local WiFi networks to triangulate someone's position as a backup to GPS. Horrible company. I've tried to have them correct their billing system. Charging me double still. This problem has been going on for 7 months. Service problem also. Father had emergency, they called the wrong contact on the account and delayed calling ambulance. Find some one else
