The Good

  • Multiple purchase options
  • Nurse Call
  • Money-back guarantee

Multiple Purchase Options

Rapid Response is a great option for those looking for a no-nonsense company that provides great prices for good products. With the option to choose from quarterly, semi-annual or annual purchases (with a discount on semi-annual and annual purchases), you can not only get a great product, but a good discount.

Nurse Call

Rapid Response also offers a unique product option. Despite the fact that they don't offer a call center with a medically trained staff, they do offer a Nurse Call option, which can connect you to a 24-hour Nurse Call Center, which can provide you with the knowledge you need.

Money-Back Guarantee

Rapid Response also has a 30-day money-back guarantee, so you can try out the service before committing to a longer period of time. Rapid Response also doesn't offer contracts, except for the quarterly, semi-annual or annual commitment that you can choose from.

The Bad

  • Limited 1-year warranty
  • Poor website
  • Lack of trained staff

Limited 1-Year Warranty

For the warranty, it only covers one year, so if you end up having the service for more than a year, you may have to pay for replacing your pendant or bracelet.

Poor Website

Another downside to the company is that the company's website is extremely confusing. Some of the links don't go to any existing pages, the wording isn't sensical, and purchasing the equipment seems more difficult than it should.

Lack of Trained Staff

Lastly, though the company has an option to connect to a medical responder team (Nurse Call Center), most of the other options will only connect to a call center that won't have medically trained staff on hand.

The Bottom Line

In the end, Rapid Response has some great pricing, great products, and a good refund and money-back guarantee policies. But, the website is pretty confusing to work, and some of the pricing info is unclear. You also have to choose whether or not you want to call a regular call center staff, or a nurse call line, where you can connect with a medical staff in hospitals around the country. If you are looking for a company with reasonable prices and products, Rapid Response is a good option. But, if you are looking for a company that is a little more tech-savvy, offers pay-online services, or has a clearer website, you may want to keep looking for another company to work with.
