The thing goes off more often than it should. It's super sensitive. I haven't had to test it because it had gone off when I was at the other end of the state and they called to make sure I was alright.

It goes off and doesn't take that much to activate it. It went off when I bumped it or something and it send a signal and they call me. I've gotten a couple that I didn't get the message and they came to my house. It doesn't hardly take anything to activate it.

They've been nothing but wonderful. It's my mom's device and she loves it and it works perfectly. My mom accidentallyed tripped and it called them and it worked out great beacuse the people are so wonderful to her.

The customer support has always been very helpful. I like that it's available and they notify me immediately if something happens. Sometimes it seems a little bit too sensitive and my mom is setting if off accidentally. We tested it and it works fine.

Not happy with the button that goes around my neck, it triggers any kind of movement and I have talked to one of the ladies about it and she said it is very sensitive. Every time I call about anything, they give me the correct information. I do feel more comfortable because prior to me getting it I fell and broke three ribs.

I have never had to really use it but the fall detector kept alerting so I finally had to take that off my account and after that it had been fine. When I have had to use customer service they have been helpful. I like everything about the device. I had to get used to is but once I did I have been totally fine.

Their customer service is very polite and informative but sometimes the device is too sensitive and other times it is not sensitive enough. We used it two days ago when my dad fell to the floor and that time it didn't go off like it should, though we did eventually get a hold of somebody to come and get us help.

It is more expensive than other programs but I think they offer more. They are very willing to help when I call. One time I called because the lanyard broke and I needed a piece of equipment replaced and I got the wrong equipment and I am still in the process of working that out.
