I haven’t needed to use it, so I don’t have much experience to report. I accidentally hit the call button once and when the operator came on, she was very nice when we explained what happened. You should give an option for no opinion on your stars ratings below. I gave a low response on company trustworthiness because I have no opinion at this time and I couldn’t submit the survey unless you got a star. Makes me skeptical about your trustworthiness after all.

I needed to have something since I'm at a high risk of falling. I've never had to use it but my alarm went off a couple of times on its own. On those occasions they have called immediately to make sure that I'm ok. The system is easy to get to and I know if I fell I would be able to push the button and get help.

I needed something that would work outside my home and the only other thing that we knew of locally did not have that feature. That's why I ended up going with MobileHelp. So far I haven't had to use it, but I haven't had any problems whatsoever. It's all really accessible if I ever need it. It gives me security and I'm satisfied.

After researching on the internet it seemed to be a good match between what my mom needed and a reasonable price. Customer service was helpful during the initial setup. In the couple of months we've had it we haven't really used it, but sometimes I just go an look up where she is. The GPS is very accurate.

I decided on MobileHelp since it has the GPS feature and I can take it anywhere I go. I mainly use the fall button, though I had a surgery fairly recently and I'm now recovering at home. Still, they respond immediately when the alarm goes off, though sometimes it seems like it goes off too easily. I do like the fact that you can take it into the shower.

I've only had it for 2 weeks at most and I haven't tested the driver part of it to see if it actually knows where I am. I do think that I'm going to enjoy this. The only thing is that I'm not sure how much pressure the button needs so that the alarm goes off. Still, it's certainly a comfort to know that I have it.

I haven't had to use it yet, but I'm the medallions and home hook up are gonna work. It seems to do more than the life alert I used to have, that one wouldn't even go outside the home. Customer service got me the information I needed really quickly and we discussed things over the phone. I appreciated that they went through everything with me. They were really nice and helped me make the decision. I'm pleased so far.

There was a time when I felt that I was having problems with my heart so I pressed the button. It turned out to be a false alarm that time. I've only really talked to them couple of times and I got good service and suggestions on what to do to improve my service and cover my necessities. The device is too sensitive though. Even if I just jiggle the button that detects falls it goes off. They should be sending me one that's not as sensitive. It is a little bit expensive, but I would recommended it for anybody that lives alone and needs it. It's pretty effective and good immediately.

Customer service is easy to deal with and when they call my aunt she can understand them well. I think that the wristband device is great since it doesn't turn in your hand or anything like the medallion does.

When she did that they didn't show up or anything, they told her what to do and she set it up. It seemed good judging from the features that it offered, so I got it for my mother. She hasn't had an emergency where she has needed it, but she said she has accidentally pushed the button a couple of times and had a false alarm. I was impressed that they got back to us right away on those times. They have always been very courteous and friendly. It is hard to respond to calls from the base station though.

Since I fall down sometimes and I live alone I thought it'd be wise to have something I could use to get some help. I fall about twice a year, so I haven't had to use it yet. Still, I wear the fall device all the time and I take the responder with me when I go shopping just in case. I've never had an emergency to be able to rate them, but once my cat sat on the base station, and they contacted me right away, fearing an emergency. My only reservation is that in a storm when we had numerous power interruptions, the system activated itself. That makes me fear that it might signal an emergency when I'm not even home or when I'm sleeping if I don't hear them calling to me to ask if everything is okay.

Friendly and efficient staff. My mom has had a couple false alarms but they were right there within minutes with the EMT's and they called all the contact people. I was able to call on the weekend late and get a friendly staff member who was able to tell me that the EMt's said she was fine!

Everything has worked just fine, even for false alarms. My only problem with it is that sometimes I'm just sleeping, and the button goes off in the middle of the night when I haven't fallen. When my device went off accidentally, they answered right away. The representative was excellent and very informative. I asked him to give me a call back in a day or two while I concurred with my kids and I did that, and it was fine. I just wish that the wrist button was also the microphone and audio, so you didn't have to shout across the room or the yard or something. That would really be a prime feature.

Truthfully, this service makes me feel a lot more secure and relieved because I live by myself. I do have to say that I have revert arms, and the wrist thing was just too long. Maybe they ought to ask the question, when we're on the phone, if they have more size options. Besides that, their customer service was fine, and the overall experience is very positive.
