It's comforting to have here. The other day lights were flashing off and on and I don't know why it was doing that so I have to research that why is that. I tested it and it worked very well. They answered questions, they were very courteous, and I appreciated what they did for me. It seems very good so far.

They're real knowledgeable. My puppy jumped up in my lap and put his palm my chest and accidentally set it off. They are very understanding with that, they said it happens all the time. And they were just thankful and nobody was hurt. Its not noticeable, you don't even know you have it on.

I tested it and it worked out fine. I didn't get a lot of instruction before I purchased it about when you should charge it and how long it has to be charged something like that. I think that needs to be a little bit more in the presentation by the sales person. They also tell you that it can be return within 90 days but they don't tell you there's a restocking fee so that's really not full disclosure, other than that it does what it's supposed to do so far. I accidentally hit it once and it went off and the girl was very prompt and very good.

It was very simple to set up and opted to pay for a one year service one time and the gentleman that helped me, I think his name was Jean Pierre, did a great job. When we tested it they answered very quickly and were very helpful. No problems communicating with them. We like the accessibility and the fact that they're water resistant and seemingly no problems with them thus far.

They responded immediately. I tested it the same day I got it, it worked perfectly. A medical alert device is terrific. I can wear it on my wrist, it's waterproof so I can wear in the shower and I have nothing negative about it and everything positive about it.

I like the fact that gives me a sense of security since I live alone and. I don't have anybody to check in on me. I just wish that it had a little longer battery life if it lasted for a week instead of five days that would be ideal because then I would only have to remember to charge it once a week.

I like everything about it and they're real prompt. I had to used it once. And they were real prompt answering and told me they were sending help but by then I could breathe and everything was fine so they canceled the help. I wasn't too happy with the equipment because the the necklace broke like six weeks after I got it, but they replaced it.

It's working fine. Any time I've had to call them they solved my question or my problem. I'm happy with it. So far they've done a really good job. I tested it twice right after I got it, one time I took off my neclace and they said the fall detected and I got that cleared up. When I'm by myself it gives me some security so if I fall down I can ring this little bell.

The the device itself is excellent, the necklaces are deplorable, it has broken three times and my gadget has fallen on the street and I'm very lucky that I heard. They sent me two and they just don't work. I have tested it six times and it works very very well. The operators that answers are excellent.

I think they are trustworthy. It's kind of expensive but it's very important. The lock box they sent me was a bit ridiculous. We test the device every now and then. We have very poor cell phone coverage here at home but the unit seems to work each time, although it's a little bumpy, it is still it works every time so I'm pleased with it.

I feel safe and know I can get somebody if anything happens and I think that's a big plus when you feel safe in your home if you're by yourself. They are very good I'm very happy with them. The system is good. But, I've had a problem with medallion blinking red . Replaced for me. New one did same thing. One said it blinks when battery is old. Another said it blinks more if battery. So, I've just let that go. I've had problems with other little things. Called several times. Each person had a completely different way to resolve. No one I called seemed to know whether or not if my pacemaker would interfere. My answer came from my doctor and your site online had more answers than the technician. What I'm saying is your people all have different options from each other. One time I was promised they'd call back with answer and they didn't. Your help is not clicking together.

Mostly I like it. The only inconvenient part of it I guess it doesn't matter that much it's only useful at home, I don't have the GPS thing added to it so when I'm away from home doesn't do anything. Well we've tested it several times, I've never had to use it for real and it worked fine when tested. We tested it on a weekend to begin with and we didn't get any response from the support group so apparently it don't use it on the weekends which isn't convenient at all.

The girl I talked to was knowledgeable and she was very polite. I tested it after I charged it when I got it But I haven't had to use it. The quality looks nice and I guess its sturdy. I still don't quite understand why it is blinking the white light but that's I've talked to the girl about it the costumer service people are very polite and knowledgeable.

If I really need them, they answer. I wish I had gone with the wrist one rather than the necklace because I accidentally press it. I accidentally pressed it a couple of nights ago while cooking and they answered in a pretty short fashion and I told them I didn’t need them.

There's nothing remarkable about the test that I did, I got a call back and I talked to them and told them it was just a test and they disengaged. The only complaint I have is that you're supposed to be able to remove the cord from the device if you wanna close it into like a belt clip but the instructions stated press on the button to remove it but there is no button to press on mine. They were very courteous and they answered any questions I had. I've tested it before and the person answered it in a timely fashion. It's easy to use, includes fall detection.

I will recommend it to anybody that's elderly and need a support, that's the best thing to have. It's easy to get to and you can depend on it. I had to go up and down stairs a lot and I'm scared that if I fall I will be able to get through it. But I know if I have it around my neck if I should fall somebody will be there.

I like the peace of mind that comes with the system. I got the system for my mother and have the app on my phone. I am concerned that the connectivity always reads poor. I tried moving it closer to a window as directed by customer service. It didn't make a difference. When I have tested the system, it works. However, how do we know it will function if it is needed?

It's a great system to have. We fill very safe that it's working properly and she can use it very easily. We are paying for the drop detection and so far with a few falls she has had, it doesn't work. Thankfully she hasn't passed out with any falls. We have called IT several times and we always get the we will have to look into it after they go through their first step repair. Then no one ever calls us back. If we are paying for it. It would be nice that it work more than it is.

I've been very pleased that it fits on the waist band of your pants and you can just drop the cord in that and then I don't ever take the cord off but it, I've been very very pleased with that. I feel very very secure having it and I keep it on me at all times except at night and at night I have it in my bed.

I like that my mother is able to press the button if there is an accident and there is no additional fee. Everyone has been very nice to her when she makes an error. I wasn’t originally happy because they told me one thing and there was something different I got. But now it is fine. I appreciate being told from the beginning there were options. My mother has Alzheimer’s so it is much easier for her to wear a wrist watch over a necklace. It takes about thirty to forty seconds to get a live agent. They’re always courteous and never make you feel bad if it is an accident.

It's like any insurance you pay for. Whether you use it, it is always there. I have used it and I was pleased with the outcome. They sent a friend to help me. Fortunately I did not hurt myself.
