The call center is always quick to respond to my father. The callers are always polite and helpful. The call center is staffed with polite and easily understood staffers. I called to get this medical help button for my elderly parents in August they never sent the button, I called back in Sept and a representative told me my order had been cancelled but yet money had been taken out of my parents account, I told them to please place my order again and they said ok, still never got the button. I called back in Oct they again told me the order had been cancelled, and more money had been taken out of my parents account. I told them I will not ever place another order with them and that they need to refund my parents for both times they took money out. Very unprofessional, would not ever recommend this company
