When I first got the equipment, I was pleased with the service. As time went on my enthusiasm waned . Takes more than 3 min to reach a live person. Since Christmas, I've had trouble with the charging device. The charging indicator has gone into the red so many times. They call me &daughters at all hours to warn about low battery. I've called. They suggest I am causing the problem as the indicator cycles between red yellow and white Be careful. They will take back. Having equipment without buying is good. monthly fee is reasonable.Customer service is questionable.
