We purchased two red bonded leather love seats with extended warranty . The sales person Neera was very helpful. Unfortunately we were never told the extended warranty did not apply to bonded leather . One love seat crackled before the first year was over but with unexpected health issues arising I left the complaint to a few months over the one year warranty as I thought I had three years . Lucy , at customer service resolved the matter we are 100% satisfied with the outcome .
