Cape Cod Lifeline has two great options, one of which includes GPS technology. No matter where you go, inside your home, to the mailbox, or on vacation in the United States, you are protected. With six different location technologies (GPS, WiFI, cellular networks, and more), you are able to be located quickly and efficiently.
AutoAlert Fall Detection
Both of the company's systems feature the AutoAlert fall detection system, which means that your pendant is designed to sense when you fall and will contact Lifeline automatically, even if you don't push the button. This feature is able to sense 95% of falls.
Multiple Package Options
Lastly, they offer two different options, depending on whether you have a phone line, or need a wireless service, which makes it easy to service different types of customers.

Unfortunately, Cape Cod Lifeline's website has poor transparency. There are only two options for products. Though the two products are both good options, other services typically offer three different types of medical alert technology, and possibly a medication dispenser.

There also isn't a lot of information about a warranty online, whether or not you would get a refund if you decided to cancel a service, or even if it offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Limited Service Area
Lastly, this service is only available to customers in the Cape Cod area, which really limits the customer base, and makes it impossible for any other customers to try out the company's services.
The Bottom Line
With great technology, like AutoAlert fall detection, and six location technologies available to find you or your loved one, they are able to provide state-of-the-art technology to those who still want to remain at home with their freedom. We would not recommend Cape Cod Lifeline to those who are outside the Cape Cod area, as the service wouldn't be available for you.
