This so far is the best loan service available to anyone who finds themselves as an individual who is mostly responsible with their finances but occasionally has a run of bad luck and needs some help, good to turn to. This is my second time asking them for affordable help and I have used the services of another company in the past for a smaller amount of help but they couldn't beat Best Egg when I needed help again.

The process was very easy. However, the customer service agent that called me asked if I had questions, but was very annoyed and curt when I didn’t understand a few things. I explicitly asked him one question about the APR, and his response did not make sense to me. So I asked if that was something that was wrapped into the payment or that I needed to pay at the end of the year. He said you need need to pay at the end of the year. Later, he said that it was wrapped into the payment. Therefore, I was trying to understand because it didn’t make sense, and he was annoyed by my repeated questions.

very pleasant experience. was a previous customer and paid off my loan and then i needed another loan. unlike others BEST EGG looked at my record with them and my overall credit score and came to a quick decision and approved my new loan. another lender sent me a pre approved solicitation for another loan but upon applying was denied because they refuse to use their own history of the customer. I have done two already - one paid off and one currently active in good standing. This third time I just needed a couple months wages due to surgery and bills. It was quick and easy to get the funds needed considering I only have good credit not great 642 score think. As soon as I get these paid off I will be using them a fourth time to finish the landscaping on our 0.8 acer lot.

This was the best loan experience I ever had. Once my soft inquiry was in the system I got a call from a representative to walk me through the process and to be there to communicate and receive any verification information they needed right then. The rep walked me through the process, helped me with additional offers available to me, helped me change to an offer I preferred and stayed on the line until I was approved. I applaud this workflow. No playing tag through multiple emails and phone calls that can take days. Less than 20 minutes end to end!

Had seen Best Egg popping up on my Credit Karma app for a while and was finally at a point at looking to get a loan to speed up the paying off my credit cards; the application process was beyond easy, and was given approval notice immediately, and received the funds just over a day later. The monthly payment is so much less than what I was paying in general monthly payments across a couple accounts. Based on my own experience, would highly recommend.

Liked opting out of auto deductions.Im on disability and the the flexibility of paying the loan in a window. Liked the lower rate. We'll see how it goes with this company. Superfast approval! I live in Southwest Florida and hurricane Ian caused damage to my roof and the fence surrounding my yard. While waiting for my insurance company to settle and send me funds for repairs, I had to come up with some quick cash to have my fence repaired as a safety issue for my dogs and small grandchildren. When I first needed some money to fix my home prior to its sale, I was told by my bank and several others that home improvement loans were taking months to close. My family didn't have months, so I went looking elsewhere. Best Egg had the best rates available of the companies I found willing to loan money on a signature alone, and their process was fast and extremely simple. I find their website to be clean and easy to use, and have not had any problems with their service. This is my second loan with Best Egg, approval process is smooth, funding is quick, no drama. Should you need to change your payment date for any reason, make an extra payment to cut down your overall interest, pay it off a few months in, its all very much drama free. As for interest rates, they're pretty close to my regular bank quicker to process the loan.

Ease of checking my rate with no effect on my credit score. Customer service was super and helped me when checking my loan approval rate. After initial soft approval, I wanted to apply for a different amount. They reset the loan for me in like 3 minutes. This is my 3rd loan with them- one is paid off already. What a wonderful experience. My wife and I just found out that we are receiving a settlement from an accident that we were in and we needed to get a new vehicle. We were able to access those funds with a secondary loan through best tag within minutes for the down payment. I have to say, this is the absolute easiest loan I've ever received. As soon as I was approved, a loan officer had called and asked me if I needed any assistance navigating the rest of the loan process. He stayed on the phone while I finished filling out my bank and payment info. Very easy, quick and painless. There were several options. Lower interest, payment options, low origination fee and the option of making automatic payments or not.

This is my second personal loan with Best Egg. Everyone once in a while I have unexpected expenses and use a credit card with high interest rates that takes a while to pay off. This is a fast way to get a small loan with great rates to pay off the high interest card. With the option to pay off in full (or just make higher/extra payments) I pay off the debt in less than half the time.
