Always there when you need them, very quick loan process. Bestegg sends emails for the best interest rate for 2nd time borrowing or a good credit score but With a 767 score and on time payments I still don't get a good deal or APR

My first experience with Best Egg was much better-no origination fee and much better interest rate. I only took this second loan out to help my husband. Unfortunately, I didn’t read the fine print so I didn’t notice $523 origination fee!

It was easy to setup, however, toward the end it was confusing to know if the process was complete and successful. There was no date given of when the funds would be deposited by as well as an email confirmation process.

I have yet to receive an email regarding this loan. The website shows my loan was approved and funded but when I try to log in it shows my information is not verified. I am very confused. I have not received a deposit or an email for any type of correspondence. Very frustrating and confusing

I was disappointed to be offered an interest rate of 15.99% when I had already successfully completed an earlier, similar loan with Best Egg with a rate of 10.92%. I had expected my good payment history on ALL my accounts, my credit scores of over 700, and my previous history with Best Egg to get me a better rate.

About 4 years ago my wife stole my identity and got a loan on bestegg.com for $15,000 without my knowledge. I had her arrested and filed a fraud report with bestegg. They took it off my credit report, however, I recently applied for my own loan on bestegg and they have me listed on their site as delinquent. I spoke to Peter C a so called manager and he said there is nothing he can do. First they give a loan to my wife using my ssn, and now I can’t a loan of my own even though I had her arrested and I’m now divorced from her. I would never use bestegg.com. I’m a victim of fraud due to them and now I’m being punished for alerting them to this fraud.Your personal information is not safe with them.
