Not very happy the second time around ! I requested a $ 20,000 loan it was Approved !!!!!!!!!!! with a 12 to 14 % interest rate …. A BestEgg service advisor said I had a option to look at another quote they had to offer and if I didn’t like it I could return to the first quote of 12% well I did check out the other options and it was 18 % so I asked the service advisor to give me back my loan quote with 12% and he tells me the computer kicked it out and he can’t get it back well I was angry and asked to speak with a supervisor or get a supervisor to intervene so the advisor put me on hold for about 2 minutes and said there was nothing they can do to correct the problem so I hung up pissed !

The opportunity for a loan on line was good. However, all your phone calls and associates were not able to deal or make a decision on the loan. The standard answer was This rate is generated by the computer and we cannot change it. Despite having a an 850 FCIO score.

I like the idea of Best Egg, and I like the reviews I hear about Best Egg. The biggest downfall for me is that I had to create TWO accounts under the same name and email address, and I had to complete the application process for those TWO accounts, with TWO different quotes. If my initial account was canceled, discontinued, obstructed, etc. in any way, they did not let me know, nor are they letting me know if I have TWO accounts with quotes or not. Hopefully this gets resolved.
