I submitted my request on Friday, they do not update you with what you are missing or needing so you have to sit and nag to their live chat so that they can tell you what is missing. Took them 3 days and about a dozen chats to finally get approved now to wait up to 3 days to get my funds. Hopefully I do not regret this🤞🏼

Was verbally approved for a loan on Friday morning. Began making plans to finance my interstate move and did not have the funds when best egg assured me they would arrive. Upon calling bestegg, I was assured that there was a “technical problem on their end” that has lead to my deposit being delay for a total of 5 days past verbal approval. Currently on the phone trying to get a different moving company and change flights due to this “technical error.” Customer service at best egg was courteous, but not forthcoming about what the difficulty was that caused the delay.
