Horrible experience, Annuity brought in 11/23. Till today 3/3. Still working on where to my send check, at first Agent filed form wrong, reapplied after a month, then wrong address to send check, again wrong zip code. I am not allowed to contact them, only my agent can through emails. Today I still don’t know where to send my check and when they will get it, they are from my 401k accounts. Otherwise I would have cancelled it long time back. Please STAY AWAY from them

Anytime I need to do a withdraw they give me problems. I always have to fax them paperwork multiple times because they “ don’t receive it”. I’m pulling all my investments out and moving to a more reliable company.
