I currently have fidelity for my life insurance. It was super easy to set up. I talked to someone for about 20-30 minutes and they got everything set up for me. No medica exam needed and they gave an awesome rate. They answered all my questions and set everything out to me in a hard copy for my records. I feel comfortable knowing that my loved ones will be taken care of if some unfortunate thing ever happens to me.

My Dad signed on for 10 yr term life. His payment was 40.00 a month once the 10 year term was up and since he wasn't dead yet it went to 400.00 a month. Which he couldn't afford. So he was out his money and then died a year later with no coverage. Don't get term life it doesn't hold cash value and then they make payments unaffordable to continue coverage if needed.

I have been a client for about for years now and I’m extremely happy. In 2019 I had a sudden cardiac arrest and I was in coma for 4 days. Fortunately I have survived this event, but National Life Group allowed me to accelerate $257K from my policy and helped a lot during those difficult times. I am proud to be their client and I do recommend Living Benefits to everybody.

We just got a medical records request from Tweedy Claims on behalf of National Life. Now why would a life insurance company want to see a bunch of medical records on someone who has died? She's dead. Pay her husband her life insurance. Plus the deceased was never a patient at our clinic. So it looks like they are just throwing out a wide net, fishing to see if they can find anything medical that would disqualify the patient for life insurance after her death. Wow. So sketchy.
Fidelity Life offers term, whole, and final expense insurance. Its whole life insurance is designed for seniors. It also has a term life insurance policy designed for seniors. These offerings, including final expense insurance, make Fidelity Life a good insurer for seniors.
Fidelity Life also has a nice rider selection. Riders can add coverage or protect your life insurance policy. Some riders are not available with each type of policy. Fidelity Life's riders include accidental death benefit, accelerated death benefit for terminal illness, and an inflation rider. The inflation rider makes Fidelity Life stand out. This rider protects the value of your policy by adjusting for inflation.
In contrast to Fidelity Life, National Life Group offers a few more policy options and offers less information online about its riders. National Life Group offers whole, universal, indexed universal, variable universal, and term life insurance. Whatever kind of life insurance policy you're looking for, you'll be able to find a good fit from National Life Group.
While National Life Group's website is sparse when it comes to information on rider options, it does offer a living benefits rider. Living benefits allow you to receive part of your policy's death benefit under certain circumstances outlined in the policy. National Life Group's website lists examples of these circumstances: some terminal illnesses, chronic illnesses, critical illnesses, and critical injuries.
As you consider working with National Life Group, be aware that it is currently part of a class action lawsuit for alleged participation in a pyramid scheme with Premier Financial Group. Learn more about the case and watch for any red flags while working with National Life Group representatives.
Both National Life Group and Fidelity Life are financially stable insurers. Fidelity Life is especially great for seniors shopping for life insurance because it offers policies designed around their needs. It also has a good selection of policy riders. National Life Group is better for people interested in a universal life insurance policy. Whichever company you lean towards, read customer reviews to learn more about the client experience with these companies.
