My husband and I both have fidelity life insurance and have had it for nearly a decade. It's affordable and we have not had any issues. We have an ACH come out every month for less than $50 for each policy and when we first got it my husband needed to get a blood test in order to get the coverage and they came right to our house, which was really convenient.

AWFUL customer service and company. They will lie and hide details in order to fraudulently charge you for policies you repeatedly request to cancel. The agent Anthony Andrews was also awful to work with too. Avoid this company at all costs.

So far NLG is the best company with the best products for the right clients in USA. My husband, my younger sister and my colleague in nursing are all living testimony of the Living Benefits. They all received TAX- FREE money from the company when they got diagnosed of cancer of different organs. The money received to take care of their financial obligations while recovering is the best financial blessing in their lifetime! The monetary benefit mitigated the stress one suffers from when critically ill. It was divinely therapeutic. We thank God for National Life Group!

As Policy Holders, they do not value the importance of Customer Service. I did a withdrawal on my policy successfully, however they stated it was complete and funds would be available in 3-5 business days as stated on their own written policy. Called 4 times on follow-up and all the agents would say is that they would put in a rush order. I'm going on into the 3rd week and still no deposit. At this point , a roll over would be a better option. This is my 1st and last experience with this Company.
Fidelity Life offers term, whole, and final expense insurance. Its whole life insurance is designed for seniors. It also has a term life insurance policy designed for seniors. These offerings, including final expense insurance, make Fidelity Life a good insurer for seniors.
Fidelity Life also has a nice rider selection. Riders can add coverage or protect your life insurance policy. Some riders are not available with each type of policy. Fidelity Life's riders include accidental death benefit, accelerated death benefit for terminal illness, and an inflation rider. The inflation rider makes Fidelity Life stand out. This rider protects the value of your policy by adjusting for inflation.
In contrast to Fidelity Life, National Life Group offers a few more policy options and offers less information online about its riders. National Life Group offers whole, universal, indexed universal, variable universal, and term life insurance. Whatever kind of life insurance policy you're looking for, you'll be able to find a good fit from National Life Group.
While National Life Group's website is sparse when it comes to information on rider options, it does offer a living benefits rider. Living benefits allow you to receive part of your policy's death benefit under certain circumstances outlined in the policy. National Life Group's website lists examples of these circumstances: some terminal illnesses, chronic illnesses, critical illnesses, and critical injuries.
As you consider working with National Life Group, be aware that it is currently part of a class action lawsuit for alleged participation in a pyramid scheme with Premier Financial Group. Learn more about the case and watch for any red flags while working with National Life Group representatives.
Both National Life Group and Fidelity Life are financially stable insurers. Fidelity Life is especially great for seniors shopping for life insurance because it offers policies designed around their needs. It also has a good selection of policy riders. National Life Group is better for people interested in a universal life insurance policy. Whichever company you lean towards, read customer reviews to learn more about the client experience with these companies.
