Worked great for a few days. Now it sucks.internet works only in the morning. Forget using it in the afternoon. Cable channels bounce in and out all day long.

Worst company in America. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Internet goes in and out. Phone didn’t work for at least two weeks. Before Altice took over, they were a mediocre company at best. Now they’re the worst on the planet. I’m beginning to believe that they hire the extended warranty scammers for their customer service. They lie all the time when there’s a problem. Totally untrustworthy. I would give them less than one star if it were possible. I was already having to pay too much and just got my bill today for $21 higher. Try other services besides suddenly you can.
