Gordon Mancuso
Consistently provides excellent internet service. When I have had issues they have fixed them promptly and gone beyond my expectations. The only negative thing I can say is when they recently improved their plan offerings, they didn't tell me about the new cheaper/faster plans but kept me on the old plan until I noticed there were new options. All in all, if I can't get municipal fiber (which was the best internet I ever had), Sparklight has been the next best thing.

The few times I've had to call customer service for a internet slowdown the technicians were extremely helpful and courteous.
