Service is good. They rarely go down, however, it was after I started using my own modem. After they took over for Cableone they began charging extra when usage was over the limit. Never had that problem with Cableone. Then . . . when Frontier started offering internet service they stopped the extra fees and lowered their monthly fee. Competition is good.
