We used to have Sparklight for our internet service. Are monthly bill kept going up after contacting them we were told that we no longer qualified for the plan we had. When I asked to speak with a manager or someone in charge they hung up on me. Needless to say we cancelled immediately. Now we are with a different company and we have a fixed price as long as we stay with them. It’s about 1/2 the price as Sparklight.
