What you pay for and what you get are two entirely different things. Customer Service is just as bad as the actual internet service. I would rather have stayed with DSL.

this service sucks!! I have been on hold for 45 minutes and no one ever did pick up the phone. Outages happen every time the wind blows and in Oklahoma, that is a lot!!
