I wish I couldn't rate it at all. Earthlink is a scam. I'm letting everybody know. I used 62% of my data in 2 days. They want you to keep buying data.

Tina, we apologize for any miscommunication upon sign up but our wireless home internet is not a truly unlimited service and does come with data caps once you've reached your high speed data limit. This should've been communicated with you by the agent at the point of sale. Our wireless home internet service isn't something we would normally recommend to gamers and streamers either, so if you were attempting to perform these activities over this network it could've been the cause of the extreme data usage. We're sorry that your experience with this service was not up to par, we will take this information and use it for further training purposes moving forward.

WORST ISP EVER!!!!! Totally dependent on ATT to provide their service. Been waiting 2 weeks to upgrade from 50 mbps to 1000 mbps. Nothing. Nada. Zip.
