I was without DSL for almost a month. They could not figure out why. Or not interested in finding out. It was them canceling my account at AT&T. They also sent me a new modem saying it is free. Now they charged me $50+ . I need to send it back by Fedex in order to waive the fee.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with period. I was paying over $800 a month for phone and fax service for my two offices. I found another provider for less than $300. It took me over 4 months to discontinue my service with these people. Do yourself a favor and steer clear. Best move you will ever make!

Not all features on a user's home page work. 'Tech support' is absolutely terrible when one tries to point out what isn't working in their programs. They don't know their own programs of how their accounts work (We have an additional users under my name with their own e-mail addresses and home pages)

I have had a horrible time trying to connect with customer service after my installation was postponed for a week. On hold for close to an hour and then disconnected during a call transfer. Do not recommend.

Within first month of service I had no internet for a weekend. EarthLink s technical response to this is to just wait and see. Been 48 hours with internet so far with no end or scheduled fix in place.

I would not recommend EarthLink to anyone. It had taken almost 2 weeks to disconnect service after I cancelled my service. Some many promises to resolve the issue and none have been fulfilled

We had EarthLink while living in Pompano Beach Florida and worked perfectly for our home use for awhile . We used for misc home things and for stock market use. We did start getting scams and cons and so call freezing Pop ups for money or would delete our computer. Have to shut down the computer and reopen.

Tina, we apologize for any miscommunication upon sign up but our wireless home internet is not a truly unlimited service and does come with data caps once you've reached your high speed data limit. This should've been communicated with you by the agent at the point of sale. Our wireless home internet service isn't something we would normally recommend to gamers and streamers either, so if you were attempting to perform these activities over this network it could've been the cause of the extreme data usage. We're sorry that your experience with this service was not up to par, we will take this information and use it for further training purposes moving forward.
