Horrible Service, Horrible speeds, bad customer service. Had to call multiple times to get speeds where they should have been. Had to have technicians out multiple times. Finally got fed up with them not being able to provide advertised speeds and cancelled. Then they wanted there early termination fee. Stay away!

Changes terms mid month with no notice. Cannot cancel unless you wait on hold for a half hour. Customer service appears to be folks from India with canned responses. Management supposed to call, but never does. Internet always up and down. Worst company ever. I'd go dialup before I went these fools again

My bill has gone up more than 50% with the same crappy service. Customer service can't answer why and when you ask to speak to a supervisor they tell you you have to wait for them to call you in 24/48 hours. Now I have to wait until it's convenient for them to deal with the issue. Service isn't working yet they still want to charge you.

The internet speed is extremely SLOW. It is even slower in the evenings. I was promised 5g and only get 2-3g and less during the evening hours. Customer service promised to give a discount for the slow internet but doesn't. I do not recommend this company.

No immediate support, will get in hold of me in two days, internet is unbelievably slow, can't do nothing online, I had to use my cellphone data to write this review, cost more from previous provider, long 2 year contract, not worth it, there are better options out there.

Rise broadband bought out my internet. Since then they've promised 10g and provided less than 1g. We can't even Update windows. Tech said our tower was overloaded. I said they need to fix tower he said he didn't see them doing it anytime soon. Nothing was scheduled in the next year.

I live in rural central Idaho. I host one of their relay towers so I am offered internet access for the cost of electricity which runs their equipment. If I had to pay anymore for their service, I would have dumped them years ago. Don't believe the advertisement, this DOG is not going to hunt!

Worse customer service ever. Expect 35 or minutes wait time - even when they call you. Also expect to be "disconnected" during the phone call. I don't think dispatch, technical service and customer service talk with each other at all.

Horrible. If you don't believe it, check out their facebook page. the most commonly used phrase by their social media staff is "I'm sorry" because their internet service sucks. What more can you say? my 5mps service usually runs at between 2 and 3. when it's actually running. Avoid this company like the plague if possible.

Horrible persistent problems with slowness. Tech support (chat) unable to resolve. Promises to call back, never does. Given the runaround for days. Chat support says to contact phone support, but phone support never picks up. No hope for a resolution. Looking for another provider.

This company fails to provide adequate amount of bandwidth to provide the customers with what they pay for at all times. They oversell their towers to maximize profit and in doing so rob customers of the speeds promised to them. Stay away from this company.

an absolute joke to be honest. I can' recall a single day as to where i had working internet for the whole day. Side note: if you care about gaming, or other internet intensive things at all, don't get this.

Literally disconnects constantly, never reaches 50 mb/s which that I pay for. Terrible for gaming and streaming struggles in 480p. Called and complained a million times and nothing changes changing providers ASAP!

Company failed to resolve a line of site issue. The issue was easily fixed by raising the dish on the tower at our residence. Shame on you. We have a new internet service provider.

The internet speeds dropped to ~1 mps around Dec 28, 2018. I phoned the support number 877-910-6207 and was put on hold. I waited <1 hour before hanging up. Also there was NO response on the their live chat website.
