very shady, was told that I had the opportunity to decide after I signed if I want to go with them because I had an appointment with my dentist for Invisalign. they straight up charged my card and then I talked to customer service and they were no help. They claim that I signed therefore I agreed. I even ask the specialist before signing if I am agreeing to pay them even though I am still deciding. She said "No" . she lied. I got my money refunded but just off of that experience it shows how shady they are. There is a lawsuit going on right now with smile direct club messing up people's bites. They probably have AI do most of the work and some freshly graduated dentist to sign off on it.

I think that it is risky, but people should do research before they use this product. They could do better with the aligners because they often get stuck on my gums when I put them in and have to pull the skin out, and I think they should be able to shave the aligners instead of making us do it.

Excellent fast service and the aligners really worked! Many insurance companies do not cover aligners from Smile Direct. The retainers at the end have to be replaced/purchased every six months.

Great start. Aligners often had very jagged edges and had to be sanded down a lot and I added brace wax to wear them all day. After a few months there was little engagement except a few automated emails. My bite is off slightly so one tooth moves back and forth and my molars don’t all touch anymore. Love the whitening pens.

The response of customer service. Very late turn around time. Accuracy of product is at 80%. I had an issue with the the aligners being both bottoms for one week and the finalization of the retainer is an incorrect fit. It's been over 2 wks and I'm still waiting o a response.

I still have a misaligned front tooth. I was never contacted for a 3 month check up. They charge $100. for a retainer which is nothing more than the next aligner that should have been in the pack Very painful because it is still moving my teeth!
