Great bang for your buck! In my case, I only had moderate crowding of lower teeth after have braces as a teenager. My orthodontist back then never suggested wearing a retainer. SmileDirectClub was a great, lower cost option to fix my crowding issues. After 7 months of diligently wearing the aligners, I'm happy with the results!

Things went well for the most part. The only complaint I have is that I tried to order my retainer 3 times and didn’t get it in time for the end of my time wearing the aligners. So now I am wearing my last aligner for the next 4-6 weeks waiting for the retainer.

I feel that once I signed up and received my aligners I was by myself nobody ever contacted me at certain points to check my progress , never asked me to share pictures. I needed more aligners as my teeth still weren’t right ,I received 6 my teeth still aren’t right . I have been done for at least a month and have heard nothing. I reached out and left a message at my location that my teeth still weren’t right ,again, nothing. I figured that’s fine I’ll just mention it when they call about my retainer, still waiting . I had originally recommended 2 friends who then ordered the aligners and they would get a $25 amazon gift card and I would get $100 from each referral, so 2 . You guessed it NOTHING I have in fact called 2 or 3 times to ask about this and was told that I would get a call back in the next day or two. That was 4 months ago and 6 weeks ago , still nothing. Overall this has been a very disappointing experience. I don’t see myself recommending you to anyone. Here I am months past my “done “time with gappy teeth and no answers and very unhappy.

great product and happy with related. However, I'd be willing to have the aligners longer of it meant the smile could be perfectly straight at end results. Top teeth lined up perfectly, but bottom I feel as if they could still use the aligners to straighten out that last bit.

The initial consult was fine. They sent us all the supplies quickly, Nd we have seen very good results. The problem is when you need to contact them for any reason. Nobody speaks English well, and sounds like they're in a gymnasium full of phone answered. Very strange. Also, nobody told us that we would have to pay $100 additional for each retainer. Sneaky!

Although I'm not finished with treatment, will probably fix teeth issue. However, the aligners cut the heck out of my tongue and mouth and I had to cut them down every time. Very painful at times until I got them manicured just right to not cut my mouth up. That was HORRIBLE.

Definitely changed my teeth for the better. The aligners did cut into my mouth though and I received a text that my retainers were going into production, but then found out that was untrue. I went 2-3 weeks between last set and the arrival of my retainers.

They were ok, but I wore my aligners everyday for the recommended amount of time, only took them out to eat and my teeth are still not as straight as I had expected. While they definitely are straighter, they are not as straight as I would have liked them to be. My last couple retainers would barely fit on my top teeth.

Started good then went down hill fast on my second go around with the liners it all went bad when I referred my wife we got her scan done then we waited over 2 months for her liners being told the whole time they were on there way only to find out they lost the order to top it off the 100 Amazon gift card that didnt happen either when I called the first time they said it would take a bit to prossess then after a few more weeks I call and they say that there was nothing in my file I told them we filed it and had the people at the scan check it and make sure it was in all they could do was give me 100 credit was not happy but was better then nothing still to see how it all unfolds but as of now embarrassing ti say the lease on the referee a friend had this not been my wife it would have been worse I will not refer this to anyone else with the way they handled my wife and the if the guarantee they have on the smile turns out as good as there promotions they will really hear from me.

The results did happen, but they also quickly shifted back to where my teeth were before Smile Direct. I'm an optimistic person and was so exited about bettering my smile and straightening my teeth. Now I can't help but feel like it was kind of a waste of my money. Even wearing the retainers like I'm supposed to, my teeth still look like they've shifted to their originals places. When I go to put on the retainer at night after not wearing it during the day, the retainer is very tight and painful to push onto my teeth. I would recommend and push for Invisalign over Smile Direct. I am now also worried that the aligners moved my teeth too rapidly and caused sensitivity in my teeth because I have never had sensitive teeth until now; the only thing that has changed in my oral hygiene routine is the addition of Smile Direct.

I've always had crooked bottom teeth and was so embarrassed about them, when I'd laugh or grin or even bite something. the liners were never fitting well enough to wear them in public. so i only wore them at night, at home. i also only had minor changes needed and it didn't fix them to my standards. the retainers i bought at the end of the process didn't fit right and took nearly 2 months to get a new set that still didn't fit quite right and didn't want to go through the process again, so i am not even wearing them anymore. disappointed in the overall process and outcome.

Maybe my expectations were perfection and unrealistic. My teeth ARE straightened, so that worked. I think I just wanted a change that wasn't possible with invisible aligners. I highly recommend them if you have slightly shifted teeth and want a straighter smile.

I love that there was a location I could visit for my 3D scan when I got my aligners. They shipped in good time and they are responsive when I have questions. Response times was not as quick as I would have liked and sometimes the aligners either didn't fit or hurt my gums but the issue was resolved when i contacted them

Every time I called the 800number I never reach a person in the USA to talk with. Always the number went to someone overseas who could never give you a straight answer to your questions. Also their is not a telephone number for corporate in Tennessee USA goes to overseas person.

Most of the process was awesome. When I got to my last set They suggested I order my retainers but I told them I didn't feel like my front teeth were street. I sent an email with what I thought the problem was and some photographs in December I'm still waiting for set to straighten out my bottom teeth. I send an email and it's 23 weeks before somebody gets back to me.

Everything about the aligners was great. I did this with 2 friends at the same time. We all got completely different communications and emails and information. Somehow it seemed like I never got an email, a reminder, anything. When I called, I didn't get what I wanted, and when I called there was no record of my first call. Exasperating.

While I have been very happy with the results of my aligners, I cannot give a full 5 stars because the first round of treatment didn't fully accomplish the results. I had to request additional aligners (which were provided at no cost due to the guarantee), but it took over two months to get the correction approved.

I was very pleased until the end when my retainers weren't fitting right And we're jamming in my gums... I talked to the 'dental' team and they said to go to my dentist with that problem... my Dentist tried to get more information on my case but they would not tell him and would not allow him to touch my retainers.. I was put on hold multiple times... the customer service is awful.
