Terrible experience. Byte is a scam. I paid for it and they have not fixed my teeth at all. I have been wearing the aligners for 2 years and my teeth are still not straight

Hello Maysa, we want to make sure each customer is getting to their new smile in the safest and best way possible. Sometimes teeth are more stubborn than we expected and take longer to move. Our team should be sending you check-in emails every 2 weeks to make sure everything is progressing as projected. Those emails can sometimes get stuck in a junk or spam folder. If you haven't been seeing those emails, let's check that out right away. Customers can also schedule a phone or video conference at any point during treatment through their customer portal. We would love to look into this further and chat more about your questions and concerns. Our team is available to speak via phone call at (877) 298-3669 Monday-Sunday, 8 AM-6 PM MST. Please give us a call and let's make sure you are being taken care of!

Kelsie, thank you for your feedback. We hear your concerns, and we would like to provide some insight into our process. Here at Byte, we're proud to offer a remote clear aligner experience. As your Byte treatment is more independently guided than traditional orthodontics, there's more freedom to monitor your own treatment while still following the guidelines provided by the Byte team. This said we do need to have check-in policies in place to ensure that our customers achieve their treatment goals. Without the opportunity to evaluate your treatment needs chairside, we require photos to review your progress. Photos allow us to determine whether the aligners are fitting well and whether the teeth are moving according to plan. They also help us to identify any areas of concern that might impact treatment down the line. We want to address your concerns and do what we can to help.
