The first few weeks of treatment can definitely be an adjustment. Orthodontic treatment requires significant shifting of teeth, it's going to take some time to get used to the aligners. That's okay! After my payments were complete I was on my own. No responses anymore and I was not getting my second phase of aligners. Very disappointing and I feel like I wasted my money.
