Swiss Air

Bill came out to troubleshoot and service our boiler and he did fantastic work. Not only did he diagnose the issue, he was also willing to educate us around our system. We have had other technicians out from big companies to help with other issues, and have had awful corporate feeling experiences. As long as Swiss air stays customer focused and doesn’t turn into a company that is just trying to sell you as much as they can, we will be using them.

Experienced a situation where my heat wouldn’t turn on. Called for a maintenance to the machine which also morphed into a repair. Major appreciation to Gavin for his timeliness and friendliness! I’ve never had a bad experience with Swiss Air in the three years I’ve had our machine!

John and Gavin from Swiss Air just did a tuneup on my system. They were very thorough and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

We have worked with Swiss Air for years and they have always been fair and honest with us. Their technicians answer our questions or find out the answers for us if they don’t know right away. They recommend certain maintenance issues but don’t pressure us into anything that doesn’t need to be done right away. It makes us feel like they care about the customer and not just a sell.
