We made sure to get several quotes and we were particularly impressed with the warranty on parts AND service. We were pleased with the installation process and pricing and definitely recommend Swiss Air to ithers.

Brandyn the tech was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and explained step by step what he was doing. I highly recommend this organization and look forward to continuing with their services!!!

Bill came out to troubleshoot and service our boiler and he did fantastic work. Not only did he diagnose the issue, he was also willing to educate us around our system. We have had other technicians out from big companies to help with other issues, and have had awful corporate feeling experiences. As long as Swiss air stays customer focused and doesn’t turn into a company that is just trying to sell you as much as they can, we will be using them.

Experienced a situation where my heat wouldn’t turn on. Called for a maintenance to the machine which also morphed into a repair. Major appreciation to Gavin for his timeliness and friendliness! I’ve never had a bad experience with Swiss Air in the three years I’ve had our machine!
