We called Swiss Air to repair a leak in our gas lines. Our technician, John, was great to work with. He was friendly and personable, explained what needed to be done, and fixed the problem quickly. He also arrived within an hour or two of us calling. Overall, the experience was great, the price was reasonable, and the work was done well. We'll definitely call Swiss Air again if we need help in the future.

Fast response, excellent gas line repair, and professional service. We discovered a leak in our main gas line earlier this week and had to shut off the gas, which meant no heat during the cold weather. I called several HVAC contractors in the O'Fallon area hoping someone could come out the same day for a gas line repair, but most weren’t available for days. When I called Swiss Air and spoke with Rachel, she told me they could send a technician that very morning. She was friendly, understanding, and very professional. The technician arrived earlier than expected, completed the repair quickly, and the price was very reasonable. If you need HVAC or gas line repair service, I highly recommend Swiss Air. We’ll definitely call them again for any future heating or cooling needs.
