Cody with Swiss Air was great. He explained everything was doing for my summer maintenance and took his time with every task to make sure it was completed properly.
Had another visit due to my capacitor going out. Tim and John were great and even called to see if it was under warranty for me still. I wasn't, there were none in stock, but they got be a close replacement in and AC back while the other part comes in.

He was so friendly and helpful and explained every part of the process and how everything works so that it was easy to understand! Every experience we have had so far with our new Daikin system, and Swiss has been top-notch! Thank you for providing such a wonderful customer experience and top-notch service.

Our Technician John was very thorough, he explained everything he was doing , he checked everything with our HVAC SYSTEM. Our thermostat wasn’t working properly. He fixed everything and made helpful suggestions. We have had Academy Air for years, using all of their services and have been very pleased
