Bill came out to troubleshoot and service our boiler and he did fantastic work. Not only did he diagnose the issue, he was also willing to educate us around our system. We have had other technicians out from big companies to help with other issues, and have had awful corporate feeling experiences. As long as Swiss air stays customer focused and doesn’t turn into a company that is just trying to sell you as much as they can, we will be using them.

Experienced a situation where my heat wouldn’t turn on. Called for a maintenance to the machine which also morphed into a repair. Major appreciation to Gavin for his timeliness and friendliness! I’ve never had a bad experience with Swiss Air in the three years I’ve had our machine!

We have worked with Swiss Air for years and they have always been fair and honest with us. Their technicians answer our questions or find out the answers for us if they don’t know right away. They recommend certain maintenance issues but don’t pressure us into anything that doesn’t need to be done right away. It makes us feel like they care about the customer and not just a sell. Keep up the good work Swiss Air!

I never leave these kind of scores. This company has exceeded every expectation I’ve had. I bought the condo I live in now and found that Swiss Air had installed the HVAC unit. I had never heard of them before, so I thought I’d take a chance On them when a seasonal inspection came due. Wow…. Just Wow! From the initial call to the technician that came, I was amazed!! So courteous, so respectful, so knowledgeable!! Everyone took time with me and explained all things clearly and concisely. I have built and run corporate help desks all my life and this company displays many things I taught my agents. Setting customer expectations is key and this Management Team has it right. I compliment all involved with Swiss Air!!

The office will make sure you’re aware of when your appointment is and will update you on the whereabouts of the technician. The technician will call and let you know they’re on their way. They are cordial and get right down to work. The technician is mindful of your floors and will wear slip on covers over their shoes. After they’re done they walk you through all the work they did and let you know the status of your furnace or ac. I’ve been a Swiss air customer since 2005 or so and never had any issues with the service.

They showed up at the end of a very hot day and got to work right away on an A/C issue. They listened to my concerns and addressed all of my issues. They also inspected the furnace and pointed out possible problems. This helped me to plan for future repairs or replacement of furnace. They also suggested a better filter to use so that the air would be cleaner.

Swiss Air was a life saver. After more than 25 years, our AC unit went out in the middle of very high temps. Levi answered my call and asked Allen Parker to visit my home that morning. It was amazing. And the new Daikon was installed within two days. The crew was great! And … I received 0% financing. What could have been a crisis turned out to be a wonderful experience. I hope to be working with Swiss Air from now on:

Replaced our old hvac systems in our house after we moved in. Swiss Air was the company we used to do the work. The installers were great. Work done quickly and left everything clean. Very happy with the systems installed. Also use Swiss Air for our yearly maintenance and any service needed. Always easy to schedule. Very nice people and they spend time answering questions we might have.

Swiss air is simply the best, their system was installed perfectly by very experienced and professional employees, the house is as cold as the beer in my fridge! Also have a 12 year warranty, parts and labor! They come out yearly and clean and inspect the unit as well, extremely happy with our purchase of new ac and furnace!

Swiss Air technician did a thorough pre-buy inspection of the HVAC system and provided a detailed list of findings & recommendations. The was an as-is residential contract so it was important to us to have a thorough inspection and Swiss Air provided just that.
