I bought a new Honeywell fan about 2 years ago and recently it stopped working. I sent a tweet to Honeywell about it and they responded almost right away asking for info. Shortly after that I got an email asking for more details which I provided. I got a follow up email saying they would send me a new fan. It arrived a mere week later. Great job Honeywell!

What I like most about Honeywell is the pride, quality, and longevity of their work. I recently had a new smart home INNCOM e7 thermostat installed by them which not only connected almost instantly, but also looked beautiful on my wall. No one has better workers, customer support, and work ethic like these guys do. As someone who associates with Honeywell often. I could not be more satisfied.

In using Honeywell products I have found that their products are durable and very reliable along with great quality and pricing. In contacting customer service they were very helpful and understanding to my questions and concerns. In wanting to upgrade to an HVAC system my go to is Honeywell and the questions I have the customer service team answered all my questions in a timely manner.

Honeywell has been producing thermostats for ages. Not one of their thermostats have ever broken, I have merely upgraded many times for better features, Installation is always easily guided in their step by step instructions, but if you get stuck you can call their toll free number and customer service will walk you through installation!

I dont have a lot of experience bc it was a rental unit that needed servicing BUT I thought they did a great job when they were called out and the problem was fixed. I imagine it wasnt anything super hard but at least the air was cold.

While Honeywell HVAC systems are great, the one time I tried contacting customer service I got an email saying the issue was “escalated” to another team and then never got another response. Their products work great but it’s concerning that they are not the best at responding.

I contacted Honeywell about a Bluetooth, WiFi thermostat that went bad at less than 3 months after purchase. Ok , sucks, things happen. Called customer service, on hold for 25 minutes. Customer rep barely spoke English, she finally agreed it was in warranty and would be sending me an email to continue the warranty claim. Received email promptly asking for confirming docs. ( receipt, copy of ac repairman, photo of back of thermostat) Did so... by end of day, I emailed just asking for confirmation that it had been received. Didn’t want to sit around waiting since I had already been told it would be 10-12 days to take care of this and send new one. ( no thermostat- no heat-no air) No response. Another email the next day... No response. Start emailing customer service, I just want to know this is in the works... auto email that some one will respond in 24-48 hours. For three days. A phone call is either a busy signal or a recording telling me they’re too busy “helping” others, call back later. Click. I finally flipped out on the Honeywell Facebook page.. prompt response. Hate to hear that... I’ll check into this. About a day and a half later ( I think in response to one I my earlier emails) I get an email asking for an address to send it to. Yes, my contact info -name, phone number AND address had been in every email I sent. Sent that back and did get a notification from UPS a day later that I had a package on the way.. Once it was sent, it was quick. 2 day delivery. So disappointed in the product and the customer service. Though the thermostat did email me to tell me the exact moment it died. Thoughtful.

Got a brand new central air system at the end of last spring in my building. Have had zero issues with it, except for finding a suitable place outside to install the unit. Expensive but a quality product from a trustworthy company.

We have had a Honeywell humidifier that's hooked to our furnace for about 9 years. It has worked okay, but I find the controls hard to know whether or not it is on without turning it off and on and dozen times. It also seems like the drain tube can get clogged. We did some remodeling and I'm sure it was the sawdust, etc. Our fault, but it became a problem before we found it.

I received a new digital wifi thermostat when I participated in a program with my electric company. My Honeywell thermostat came with an app. I love being able to adjust my heat/air from anywhere in the house. I can also adjust it before I am home to warm it up or cool it down before I get there.

I purchased a Honeywell thermostat a couple months ago . I heard very good things sbout their products . I found the instructions provided were not the easiest to follow. Eventually I figured it out and it's working perfectly . I would definitely use Honeywell products again .

I don’t like the Honeywell thermostat I have right now because it isn’t dynamic. If it is on the cooling setting and the temperature is just below the setting, the air gets stale. If I change it to the circulate setting, it just moves air, and doesn’t cool it. I feel like I have to babysit the thermostat.

My family and I had Honeywell for years, many years ago. It was a decent system but it seemed the customer service was lacking a bit. Once you finally got to speak to someone, it went alright from there but having to sit on hold or be called back seemed to be the "norm". Maybe the service has improved since then.
