My Maytag dishwasher went out about 3 weeks ago and after researching different brands, we decided to go with the Whirlpool. When we had it installed the technician told us that we made a good choice as the Whirlpool dishwasher is a top of the line. We love it because it gets the dishes CLEAN, and it is very quiet. We love it and are very happy with the decision to go with Whirlpool.

We have several Whirlpool products. We have had are washing machine for over 20 years. It is still working great. We had to replace are dryer and made the mistake of getting a different brand. We will never do that again. We recently got a new whirlpool dish washer and had them install it. Shortly after we had some problems with it leaking and it wasn’t getting my dishes dried. We called them and with in a couple of hours they sent someone out to look at it. He said the heating element was defected and the seal wasn’t tight. He was able to replace the heating element and fix the seal. I didn’t have to pay anything not even for his time. I love how fast and efficient they are and nice. They really stand behind their products. Great company and customer service. Sticking with whirlpool from now on.

We use whirlpool at work and absolutely love the customer service we get from this company. In a work environment it is extremely important to us to be comfortable considering we all work a ton of hours each day...in a kitchen! So any time we have an issue, which can happen frequently, it is important for us to resolve the issue quickly. Whirlpool staff definitely help us achieve that! When you work in a kitchen, it can get very hot, especially on hot summer days and sometimes the HVAC is pushed harder that usual so it can freeze up at times. That has always been a natural thing to occur and understandable in the environment that I work. So it is very much appreciated when we get the issue resolved quickly! Thanks whirlpool team!
