HVAC Tune-Up

SoCal Climate Control offers a $35 HVAC Tune-Up. 

The tune-up to your furnace, AC unit, Ducts, and thermostat includes a full camera inspection of all ducts and the heat exchanger, a complete static test (performed with a manometer), a free air filter, and more. 

$35 for an HVAC Tune-Up is exceptionally affordable. Other HVAC companies may charge anywhere from $75 to $200 for a simple tune-up. 

Tune-Up Warranty

If you are not 100 percent satisfied with SoCal Climate Control's Precision Tune-Up, the company promises to return your $35, no questions asked. 

After a tune-up, the company also promises that your utility bill will be at least $35 less for the next five months. If it's not, the company will refund you the $35 (again, no questions asked). 

Platinum Membership

SoCal Climate Control offers its customers a chance to join it's Heating and Cooling Preventative Maintenance Plan for $250 per year.

SoCal Climate Control does have several financing options for customers. The company claims that you will have zero upfront charges, low monthly payments, same-day installation, and extended warranties.

EPA-Certified Technicians

Each SoCal Climate Control technician has years of experience in the industry. In fact, the company mandates that each technician complete quarterly training. That way, your technician is up to date with the latest residential air conditioning and heating techniques, technology, and equipment.

While the company claims that it will refund your $35 no matter what, we still think more information would be helpful to consumers. Most companies will give customers a certain amount of time (such as three or six months). If the customer decides they aren't happy with the service in that timeframe, they can request a refund. However, if you are outside the given timeframe, you can no longer get your money back.
