This company has horrible customer service. They offered $185 to repair a 3,000 built-in oven when they knew the part was no longer available. Rather than the $500 cap to replace the oven.

I not sure why a company would be rated as number 1 if once you file a claim it's denied. You are provide this isn't covered under dash dash numbers clause. Service contract was cancelled due to why paid for something when you attempt to use you are denied. At your own risk .
