I have used several home warrant services during the last 20 years. Select Home Warranty has been by far one of the worst. They are slow to respond to service request and quick to deny a claim.

Don't consider this company under no circumstances. I requested job repair for 3 different jobs and they denied all of them. Their staff are Well-trained to find a reason to deny any claim. Very very bad company

They say they cover central air condensers but the do not!!! The only thing that can go wrong with a condenser is that over time it develops leaks and they do not cover leaks. So be aware.

Shady practices. It is common for a home warranty to pay for repairs. What Select does not tell you is that you must pay for your approved repairs and then apply and wait for a refund.
