Horrible experience and is still going on. No refrigerator for 3 months and still not working. Freezes everything in the refrigerator. Have had to dispose of everything several times and after several(7) still not working. Company doesn't seem to be in any hurry to resolve the issue. I will be moving on.

The service contractor who analyzed the pool heater also provided pictures showing that the malfunction of the distribution board and blower were not the direct result of normal wear and tear. It is our sincerest intent to operate in good faith in our efforts to serve you and within the parameters of the warranty agreement and we are saddened that this experience has led to your dissatisfaction. THIEVES!!! They weasel out of paying for large repairs. They ignore manufacturer’s recommendations and fabricate their own in order to get out of paying for repairs. Then when I went to cancel my warranty, they made me pay for my claims that they did cover! Liars and thieves!
