Hello,

Thank you for leaving your honest feedback. The warranty covers as much as we can for our homeowners. Unfortunately, there are exclusions. With the $20.00 for freon, it is per pound. You will still be paying a fraction of the retail cost for freon. If a greater repair is needed, for example: a condensing unit replacement, for your HVAC unit, there is a limit to cover modifications that are typically needed in order for the new unit to work with your home. Modifications are usually excluded items and they become an out of pocket cost to you. However, Landmark has realized they are often needed. Therefore, the limit was put in place to assist our homeowners in repairs/replacements for HVAC units.
