Thank you for taking the time to rate and review us. I am sorry to hear of your out of pocket costs. They typically consist of items that are excluded under the warranty. With a repair or replacement, there is often times where there needs to be something modified in order for the new part to work with your home. If it is not covered, the expenses do turn on to you. There are alternative options if you are unhappy with the out of pocket costs as well.
I would be happy to look into your service request in more detail. Please reach out to me at .
