Speedy approval, sheet metal fabrication took to long, 2 weeks which was not Pleasant for 100+ temperatures in Arizona. Disagreement between contractor and landmark over money was not acceptable. I am satisfied with installation from contractor. Out of pocket expenses were higher than expected but acceptable.

Excellent service. Within one day of contacting Landmark, I had a technician at my door. Within 10 days I had a brand new oven and a check for $65 to pay for installation. I highly recommend Landmark.

Response time was excellent, they did attempt to send someone for my repair of my ice maker who said they did not travel that far. However, the contractor who came out for my repair was much farther than the first contractor.

Landmark customer service is great. However, the pricing and coverage of their plans was disappointing for me. We have purchased two home warranty plans from Landmark and had 5+ service calls, only 1 of which was actually covered by the warranty. Landmark service calls are easy to request and they have good response times from the service providers. I will note that occasionally Landmark will send your service request to the wrong area. That happened to us twice.

They came to my house when i purchased it and they came and changed the locks, which i was super grateful for! When my oven broke, they would’ve charged me more for them to come fix it, than the oven was even worth! So I didn’t really appreciate that and i had to buy an entire new oven.

It was very simple to file a service request. Not only that, they have support 24/7. This makes it nice in situations where something in your home might break down. It can happen any time of the day and to know you can call them immediately to get the process going is helpful. Really easy and smooth process.

Made a claim on my leaking kitchen faucet.Their contracted plumber determined the faucet unrepairable. Faucet still functioned while leaking from base. We expected the faucet to be replaced with a like faucet. The plumber left some ugly scratches on faucet too. Landmark said they were only responsible to replace with a ''builders model'' chrome fixture or a settlement which left $78.00 after they deducted the contractors bill. That's after I paid the $70.00 service call fee. So, I pay $1000/yr for coverage, Landmark recoups cost of their plumber by deducting those dollars from my faucet replacement. My faucet will cost $400 plus installation to replace. They have minimized their coverage in the fine print to minimize obligation. Beware, you pay for a high level plan but get bundled into basic plan exclusions.

Average service, as warranty companies go. Difficult to deal with and slow to respond; none of these companies ever want to actually cover anything. On the other hand, getting thoroughly sick and tired surveys, up-sale attempts and being "full service". Just be easy to work with, flexible with your terms and willing to pay a claim. THAT would be awesome.
